About AIIAN

Security and governance infrastructure for AI agent execution.

AIIAN Networks Ltd. is a UK-based company building the external control layer for important AI-initiated actions.

Why We Exist

AI agents are moving from advice to action. As they begin to affect real systems, funds, contracts, counterparties, and risk positions, enterprises need a way to decide what may proceed before execution.

AIIAN helps organisations route important AI-initiated actions through enterprise authorisation, risk, and audit processes before they reach downstream systems.

What We Build

AIIAN is not another agent framework or runtime toolkit. It is an external security and governance layer that sits between AI agent frameworks and the enterprise systems that agents may affect.

External Authorisation Important actions are routed through enterprise-controlled approval and risk processes.
Execution Governance High-risk agentic actions are checked before they affect operational systems.
Evidence for Audit Decisions are recorded so organisations can review and evidence control operation.

Focus

Our first focus is financial services and large enterprises, where AI governance must become operational rather than merely policy-based. We are also exploring UK-Japan design-partner conversations around safe agentic AI adoption in regulated and high-assurance environments.

AIIAN has applied to FCA Innovation Services, including Digital Sandbox and Innovation Pathways. This is not an approval or endorsement by the FCA.
